Teamwork is at the heart of development and production of ideas. Concepts, writing, design can be an individuals vision, and being able to develop and create my own ideas that people enjoy, drives my passion to lead and push others ideas to motivate the team.

Creating a final product that was handled with the care, passion and with the magnitude and scope that the team all shared along with your own expectations can be very beneficial for the productivity of your teams relationship.

Sometimes what you had envision in the process can be changed and shifted by the team. For example writers. The first draft for a script can and will usually be changed by the end of production. The vision of one will be molded by the team to fit to the collective ideal of what the director, producer and sometimes the studio wants. All for the greater good.

Sometimes its hard to acknowledge that your idea is either not fit or over looked by the team. Its hard to not be a little discouraged if you aren't heard.

In the struggle to achieve one vision either it be a movie, television, video game there has to be one defined story that a group be it large or small will have to narrow down. All of the ideas of each creative team member is taken into consideration.

Its difficult to say if all members of the team are completely happy with every aspect of the idea, but their inspiration helps mold the collective plan/story into an enjoyable experience of pushing what you had envisioned, and opening up new horizons of thought and processes you may of never though of.
